Raw Reset Challenge Day 5/5 Food Round Up!!

Happy Friday!!

We have made it to day 5 of 5 of my first raw food reset mini challenge. Feeling great and even better?? Down 5 pounds! I cannot believe I have made it to 220 pounds for a total of 45 pounds lost.

I have never really made certain weight goals as I never want to set myself up for failure or disappointment however I think a main goal right now is to get out of the 200s!!!! I will get there healthfully and sustain-ably 🙂

Here are my eats for the day….No real green foods which sucks but groceries are running low and that will be a priority over the weekend.

2-3 cups of blueberries, lots of hemp and chia seeds and clementines

I love using hemp and chia seeds on my berries in the morning.
Hemp seeds are nutty and sweet and offer a high amount of omega-3 fatty acids. They also have all the essential amino acids in an easily digestible form. 3 tbsp of hemp hearts contain 10 g of protein – more than the amount of 1 boiled egg.
Chia seeds are full of important nutrients. They are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, iron and calcium. A 1 ounce serving contains 5.6 g of protein.

Lots of raw pumpkin and sunflower seeds
Taste-A-Like Wendys Frosty Protein Shake. Full of Sunwarrior plant based protein powder, almond milk, bananas, cacao powder, pb2 powder, water and ice
Lots of clementines and 2 apples

Also got out a 45 min walk with this one!

Starting to see my chin again. lol

I am taking the weekend off but will be back with my next 10 day raw food challenge which starts on Monday December 2. Things gonna get crazy up in here!
