Time to play catch up. I apologize but time has just flown by and I let some things slip by the way side (aka posting!) lately.
We left off at October 29 of my Medical Medium October Recipe Challenge.
It was a busy day and I also had an hour long doctors appointment with my naturopath (more on that to come in the next few days!)
SO I turned to something simple – which is great about the Medical Medium. He has all sorts of recipes. Simple ones and ones that take a bit longer and are a little more in depth.
Lemon Ginger Honey Water
