Time got away from me this weekend due to Thanksgiving get togethers so I am playing catch up!
Yesterday I decided to try another one of the Medical Medium delicious drink recipes. Ginger Limeaid to be exact!
Full of delightful tastes to entice your taste buds.
Ingredients: Lime, ginger, mint leaves, honey and water
Lime: Removes toxins in the body and a good alternative or companion to lemon

Mint: Mint leaves are rich in nutrients, may improve irritable bowel syndrome, may help relieve indigestion, may decrease breast feeding pain and may help to mask bad breath!
Raw Honey: Anti viral, anti fungal, antibacterial, promotes digestive health, boosts immunity, anti inflammatory, potent medicinal properties.
I give this recipe an 8 out of 10. It’s quite tart yet delicious and would be nice to add it to some sparkling water for a refreshing and healthy drink! Cheers!
